Rear Control Arm Bushing

2005 LJ. I need to replace the rear control arm bushing, but I’m not sure where to find the correct parts. I’ve attached pictures of the old bushing, the rear control arms and other pics in hopes that someone can help me identify the lift kit that I have. And, point me in the right direction for the bushings. Any help is greatly appreciated.
