Oregon Re-gear shop/mechanic in the Portland area

I am looking to have my TJ re-geared, and do not want to tackle this myself. Are there any reputable shops in the Tigard/Beaverton/Portland area.

I saw recommendations for Dan's Gears in Sherwood, but the phone number seems to be disconnected. I saw someone mention that he was an older guy back in 2015, so I am guessing he is retired.

Anyone have a a shop they recommend?

Dan's Gears in Sherwood is the guy to go to. Of course the last time I had him do my gears was probably 9 years ago. Who knows if he's even still alive.

Thanks Chris, I actually saw your review from 2015 and tried to call him, but there is just an automated message saying the line is busy every time I call now. I have a feeling he may have retired. I will try again next week to see if maybe he is just on vacation or something, but unfortunately, I may have to find someone else.
