Preferred wheel cleaner?

I just cleaned up a couple sets with a powerwasher and this

Worked okay. Not as good as Bleche Wite but that stuff left some etch marks on the front of some painted rims I had. (must be why it says don't use on painted surfaces but it works soooo good for cleaning the inside barrels). Just wondering if there is anything better that is safe?

P&S Brake Buster on regularly maintained wheels. Safe on all wheel finishes and priced well if you buy the gallon size.

Or this on neglected wheels.
