Interrupting the phone rant, to post from my phone, so I can piss and moan about packing up my house.
We moved in 11 years ago with 1 kid, 1 on the way, and 1 dog. Now we have 3 kids, 2 dogs, a TJ, and a mortgage under 3%.

With the bonus of a month with my in-laws while we’re in between houses.

The only good thing is this new house is the house I will die in. Hopefully after the mortgage is paid off in 30 years…

This has been the goal for the last few years, the right school district for the kids, and our forever home. That said, I’ve got a new mortgage starting from month 1 so not quitting anytime in the next 20+ years unless I win the lottery, in which case, I will move to some place in NGA on a lake and pay someone to do all the packing and moving.

Been noticing something lately, When at a wake when you were kids you were in the back row laughing with your cousins. Then you move to middle row about when you are in college. Now when we were at my father's wake I was in the front row!
