Just painted my jeep and bed lined the interior used black raptor liner and kaiser willy olive drab they both went on really nice and anybody could spray them even with no experience the olive drab was very thick which is what i wanted the raptor liner dried grey not sure why but it kinda matches my dash now so im actually happy it did either way really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend
The olive drab is only 75$ and used most of the gallon but still got plenty left for touch ups took a gallon of raptor liner for the whole interior

Yeah absolutely for the bed liner you can just use 180 sandpaper rough everything up blow it out make sure you don't have any dirt in there wipe it down with some good precleaner and you can spray it basically the same on the outside but use 320 it's all about the prep though take your time with it
