Thought I would post an update on my request for help on this code. Guess this is a generic transmission code. Took to a local trusted transmission shop and they scanned it and said it was a torque converter lock up issue. Fast forward…….all the torque converter clutches were trashed and in pieces. Had the tranny completely rebuilt. New clutches, bearings, all solenoids, shift kit etc. shop owner bought all parts available from Dodge. Said many were upgrades from original equipment. Anyway, $5,032 later I’m back on the road. Yea, you heard me right. Gotta say, jeep cruises much smoother at highway speeds and at a bit lower RPMs. Not sure if the TC was locking up since I bought it I year ago. Also seems I am getting significantly better fuel economy. Dang, that’s a lot of money!!!!!!!
