P0442 and P0455 code

Jeep has been throwing these 2 codes, the gas cap is relatively new so I doubt it's that....the evap purge Canister was drumming a few months ago and now nothing and I'm getting these codes. Just wondering if I should replace the Vapor Canister Purge Valve Solenoid and I that could be the culprit. I also noticed the rubber elbows on the vac line look dry and a little brittle not sure if that's a huge problem or not. See pics.

I just did mine on my 97. I pulled the evap valve and shook out a ton of loose charcoal.
