We can repair that code if it is in the pcm.

Where did you source the PCM?

I know I went through three O2 sensors...my original Mopar, a Walker, and a new NGK...none of them threw codes on my 97 but the voltages were out of range. I checked all the wiring and on a whim threw a used NGK one in from a 2000 I'm parting out and it's been perfect.

Almost all new parts are crap these days.

Thank you for providing details about the issue you're experiencing. We tested your PCM in our vehicle and were unable to replicate the condition or fault code you reported. This suggests the issue may be related to the vehicle itself.

Since you've already taken appropriate steps—replacing relevant parts with known good ones and thoroughly inspecting the wiring—we will, out of an abundance of caution, send you a replacement WranglerFix PCM. If the issue persists after installing the new PCM, we can confirm the PCM is not the cause. Please allow a few drive cycles and try to replicate the conditions that triggered the intermittent issue.

We’re here to support you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or updates.

Best regards,

Mark

Wiring diagrams are in the resources section.

I'd ohm and continuity check the wires to the O2 sensor and possibly try an overlay...run temporary wires... for testing.

Live ODB data helps too...you can do that with something as simple as a Bluetooth ODB dongle and the free Torque Lite app.
