OEM throttle body for the 4.0 discontinued

I know all of the other posts on here say "just clean it or do the oring trick" well that is not my problem. My problem is that I snapped one of the bolts on the butterfly valve while cleaning. I took the valve off to clean better because it was stuck on and the spray itself would not take the gunk off.
I got bolts at Ace Hardware like a user on here suggested. But they do not go into the hole and the head is different. Now I'm pretty sure I stripped the thread or something anyway.

I assumed Mopar still made this part. Don't know why. Oh maybe because the 4.0 engine is one of the best selling Mopar engines of all time, and there are thousands of people who would want to replace the throttle body in any 4.0 Jeep as you can see on here. But they don't. It is discontinued, and there is no aftermarket one that does not look like total garbage, and I really don't want to shoot myself in the foot after I did it twice already by snapping the bolt and then buying the wrong bolt. I'm out of options. I don't know what to do.
I'm tired of spending money on things, even unrelated to my Jeep that just don't fucking work no matter what I do.

I would rather spend the extra money to just get an OEM part. But that is not an option.
You also cannot buy bolts like I assumed when I snapped you could.
What is the best option for me to replace?

Call Davey's Jeep or Dead Jeep and see what they have available.

Post pictures of your screws too. Perhaps we can offer suggestions...or perhaps others can learn from this...trouble.

Look at this way...at least you didn't drop them into the intake.

Should you have no luck with the other options The BBK 62mm throttle body will bolt in directly and perform as well as stock except some added whistling. Don't expect any performance gains. Make sure you order the correct one for your year.

Or try one of the many ebay 62mm alternatives.

I'd be looking on ebay for a good used part, I just did a quick search and there are several on there. Some are fresh take offs, others have been cleaned up.

As already mentioned this is what junkyards exist for and have been used for for many years. Look up car-part and see where the nearest junker is. Good chance ebay has what you need as well

You say that, but at what price? I have seen instances where OEM parts for older cars are still available, but often at 10x or 20x the price of a used one. I wouldn't pay $500 for a new throttle body if a good $40 used one is available, just makes more sense.
