Ca law the person who hit you from the rear is at fault. So the camry i ate my insurance will cover and I would have to pay out of pocket to repair my own. The subaru wrx that hit me is another claim. So 2 claims going right now I dont want it totaled out but im hoping to money to replace parts
Oh. I always thought it was simply the guy at the rear of a multicar collision. Learned something new.
Yea I was taking to my adjuster who informed me, I was telling him I was not at fault because the vehicle in front stopped short. So even if the person in the front caused it, the rear vehicle is at fault. My agent then told me thats why I am going to have 2 different claims
Unless you can prove the camry brake checked you. That doesn't sound like the case though.
How the hell did you get damage so high on your grill from a camry? Did the trunk pop open?
Sounds like the vehicle Infront of you stopped. You couldn't stop behind him in time and rear ended him. Then the car behind you also couldn't stop in time behind you and he rear ended you. Yep sounds like two claims. You and the vehicle behind you following too closely.

Insurance is there and I already accepted fault for hitting the camry

I might be in. Likely would riding shotgun in Dylan’s jeep. I have a wheeling trip to jv for New Years and don’t wanna push it and do something to mine right before a large trip.
Sounds like im missing out on a good trip, next time for sure. I was able to get a used front grill over the weekend just have to paint it and get a new radiator maybe replace the water pump and thermostat while im replacing other things. I want to have my rig in working order for KOH next month.
I’m definitely still in. Got my fenders done. Just waiting for the Windstar intake to show up tomorrow, then I’m rolling once it’s installed.
If I find my windstar you can have mine, I went back to stock because i didnt need it. - If i find it though dont bank on it
