No Reverse in 4 Low

I'm a bit lost as to what Savvy did wrong?

I am a month and a half from the first delivery of parts (missing two). The missing components were identified through trial and error because they do not send a parts list or instructions. I have since received a second shipment with the correct brackets. I eventually gave up on receiving the step-down washer that was missing and sourced one elsewhere. Sometimes they would reply quickly, sometimes not. Getting tracking numbers was like pulling teeth. I have to assume they do enough business with everyone else-they didn't need mine. My biggest frustration is their poor communication and the fact that their mistakes pushed back the completion of my project and kept my jeep in the garage a week and a half longer than necessary.

We always have some issue with 4 low and the 241. The detent is very touchy and we have to set the cable shifter up so it forces it past it a bit and then lets it relax back into the detent. Otherwise the end of the shifter gate prevents full engagement that only shows up under load and then it pops out.

That was the exact problem I was having, thank you sir.
