New to Jeeps and in the deep end

Hello everyone! Always lurked when I didn't have a Jeep, but now I'm part of the club. Picked this up from my brother. Just recently got the courage (money) to start building her. Expect an upgrade/downgrade list soon. As soon as I can figure out where to post it. Really excited to start this journey and thankful for the place to post it.

What I know so far:
2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport, Sun Burst Yellow
33x12.50R15LT (too big for my taste)
3" Rusty Off Road Coils
Rancho Shocks (probably)
Strange off brand tire carrier
Sixteen other things I probably didn't see or know the name
Sorry for the lack of photos. On a business trip and this is what I could dig up.
