IMAGE IS NOT MY JEEP - JUST AN EXAMPLE IMAGE OF BUMPER IN QUESTION

I ordered up this bumper the other day and while I'm working my week of GYD's away from home I wanted to see what y'all had in mind for mounting locations for some new 7" Led offroad lights. I've decided to ditch the light bar because I never use it and its useless in rain/snow (feel like Han and Chewie jumping to lightspeed)

The new lights are basically the same size as my headlights FYI

One thought was on top of the bull-bar, I don't see them causing too much interference with airflow to the rad but obviously more than if they aren't there but would probably be the safest spot for them.

second spot could be below the bull-bar on either side of the hawse fairlead, I occasionally overgrown roads so they may get whacked by alder branches if installed there, but they wouldn't in the way of the rad like option #1

I've ordered this bumper without paint so that I can weld on brackets for lighting.

LMK your ideas!

again: not my jeep, just an example of the bumper I ordered and how it would look on a TJ

I'd suggest a 24" or 37" led bar on top of the bull bar or under it instead of the 7" rounds.

@macleanflood

valid suggestion my friend, although the lights have already been purchased. They were second hand for a great price. I'd use them as headlights if our motor vehicle laws weren't so damn strict up north of the border, BUUUT they could serve as headlights later on depending on what I do with the old girl. #trailerqueen

@TheBoogieman Good spot, that's definitely on the list to try before fully committing to the final placement👌 being a mid-width bumper, space could be tight but I will certainly be trying this out.
