need some new overhead speaker help

Just bought some 6.5" Sundown coaxial speakers as a replacement for the overhead speakers, and they just barely don't fit. Is there a way I could cut it out or expand the hole to make it fit?

Theres a 3D print file available to allow for 6.5” easier, you just gotta search for it and ask if someone can make it for ya

I installed my 6.5” SKAR audio speakers without them, but I think Im going to remove and reinstall with the proper spacer rings this year
