Need Hardware for OEM receiver hitch

I just picked up an OEM receiver hitch for my TJ but it came without any hardware.
Anyone have the Bolt/Nut dimensions.
Can I mount this without those flag nuts.
Will use grade 8 of course.

OK, found sizes and instructions over on quadratec site, thanks for looking hope this helps someone else.
