#5 injector has a leaking o ring. I’ve not done this job before so not sure how time consuming it is. The Jeep has 140k on it. Should I replace the injectors or just re-ring them all when I have it apart?

There is nothing to re-tighten, the injectors are held in place by the fuel rail. It's a very simple process of disconnecting the fuel line from the rail (disconnect tool required) unbolting the fuel rail and removing the connectors. When the fuel rail is free it can be removed with the injectors using a gentle rocking motion. Each injector is attached to the rail with a steel spring clip, just remove that and pull the injector free. O rings are usually readily available and simple to replace. Just use a bit of lube on each O ring when re-installing so they slide in easily.
