Wanted to include some pictures of my build and get feedback.
New wheels and tires! Fun times.

1. stereo went out so looking for another single din. Saw some CarPlay single dins anybody got any thing to say on those? - fixed it
2. Leather. Thinking leatherseats.com try to match stock tan color best i can that also blends with the dash - ordered
3. Might remove the back off road lights. If not rewire them. I think i have a bad ground used to make the sub make a noise when toggling it 🤣 - tbd
4. Buy some extra rubber blocks and cut them for spare carrier and make those a little longer to touch the tire. Do you think that’s important? Ordered
5. Just general dialing in. Polishing/ greasing. I think it looks great. Open to suggestions
6. New front brakes rotors and pads. - skipping
7. PPF a little inside. Get ur thoughts. I removed the carpet and paint is getting scuffed. Maybe bed rug 🤷🏼‍♂️ - ordered
8. I put an Eaton true trac in the rear
Cheers!

Sounds like the perfect way to spend winter

Very. Make sure there is a bit of preload on the spare tire when you close it. Otherwise your spare will damage your tailgate by fatigue.

Try blackmagicbrakes.com for some extra stopping power. Upsized tires diminish braking capability.

The carpet provides a small amount of sound insulation and very much needed heat insulation at the floorboards and around the transmission tunnel. If not carpet, you should put something in there.

8. I put an Eaton true trac in the rear bc (Dana 35) went with the rebuild route back in hs was cheaper and easier and o don’t plan on going bigger than 32s or maybe some light 33s if it aligns. It’s a 4 banger. Much more would have to change before anything else (i think I’m maxed out for what I’m working with here)
Cheers!

You would want pretty deep gearing for any larger tires with the 2.5L.

I'm with Tob on the need for something insulative on the floorboards; it cost me a fortune, but I'm really happy with my Armorlite. Whatever you end up going with, some kind of carpet substitute will make a big difference in how hot much heat you get coming through the floor up front.
