I’m wanting to rewire the multifunction switch to a Toggle switch for my fog lights, Keeping the Factory wiring harness connected, I’ve been looking for a wire diagram but haven’t been able to find anything. Has anyone else done this ? Thanks. 2003 Jeep tj
Multi function fog light switch to toggle switch

From the 2003 FSM: wire 13 and 14. I wired these on my 2002 TJ to a stock XJ fog switch (same as early TJ switch, different wire color). Wired black to ground, and orange to orange instrument light lead on radio. YMMV.
I also replaced the multifunction switch with a non fog light version. The PO had apparently had issues with the original multifunction switch, and instead of replacing it, he wired the fog lights straight to the battery with a toggle switch and what appeared to be speaker wire. He also cut off the factory plugs from the factory fog lights. I replaced the plugs when I changed the switches, and everything works as if factory, including the fog light indicator on the instrument panel.
