They both start super easy and hardly draw any Amps either. I have a 5.5KW generator on my MH but you'd barely know when the A/C is turning on.
Good stuff. Here's a pretty good video.

High elevation and 2200i Honda might struggle a little. I have a parallel Honda but prefer not to haul both in the Lance. Soft Start = rest EZ.
Cool digital display on the A/C

The remote is your thermostat so with it sitting next to you IMO you're getting a better temp instead of on the wall.
I think she might say that the remote is NOT your t-stat, I know I saw that somewhere. But hey, you own the darn thing.

My A/C units were 14 years old. While working fine I was getting a new roof installed so I didn't see the sense in putting the old ones back on.

That's a no-brainer with the reduced noise.

I watched a bunch of videos on them before I'd bought mine.

I looked at the RecPro website since I swore that is where I'd seen it before or the parts guy told me it was... But it doesn't say on the website... Either way it's a nice working unit.

EDIT: Gues I was told wrong... Interesting as the RV dealer told me I didn't need a wall thermostat...

Yes, a LOT nicer than the old unit.

I know that your spirits are pretty low by the end of the week when no one has ducked you. I'm not going to let that happen this year. You will have them lined up 2 deep all the way across your dash.🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

I think I was one of the only ones to not get ducked last year.

Ahhhhh, how's that shock mount, Ben?

It is good, but I will have to take it easy until I unload some of these.

Man, it was so hot that afternoon we didn’t even need to fire up the welder - I just held those two pieces together and they melted together all by themselves…😳
