When are they going to give up on that POS and stop killing Marines with it?
When are they going to give up on that POS and stop killing Marines with it?
Only flew in one once so I really have no opinion on them other than the stuff I've read.
Yep,
I resemble this post..... Not something to be proud of I guess... Unfortunately it's still true.
Yeah, nothing to be proud of. Still, it's common enough to meme it.
Yesterday, we said goodbye to Jake Ruser, who had recently turned 101. A World War II medic with the 4th Infantry Division, Jake was a living piece of history and one of the most welcoming veterans I have ever met.
We had the honor being welcomed into his home in Philadelphia to hear his story and capture this portrait. As a medic, Jake witnessed the unimaginable in Normandy and the Hürtgen Forest. He was wounded during the war, yet carried himself with humility, kindness, and quiet strength.
Jake was a hero, not only for what he endured, but for who he was.
We send our deepest condolences to his family and to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Goodbye, Jake. It was an honor to know you
