Low oil pressure at idle

I know this has been covered at length, but I’m having the low oil pressure at idle once the jeep ( 2005 LJ) is warmed up, Gauge will drop to zero and check gauges light will come on. I replaced the the sending unit with a new mopar unit and still have the same issue. Checked pressure with a manual gauge and my pressure is sitting right at 12-13 psi at warm idle. From what I’ve read thats normal and within limits but if so why is my dummy gauge zeroing out ? any help would be appreciated .

I had the opposite problem my oil pressure was pegged, same with the temp gauge stuck at 210. I wound up sending my cluster to a repair shop and getting it fixed. Quick turn around time and really don't NEED the cluster to drive around anyway! Here's my post on it.

The switch is set at 6 PSI.

Oil pressure spec is 13 PSI at hot idle.

Check the wiring, connector.

Try a cheaper oil filter?

Try a cheaper oil filter?

I hear a Fram filter will get you 42 mpg.
