So I was under the Jeep trying to identify a new noise in the Jeep when I found what I thought was two transfer case bolts that had backed almost all the way out. I couldn't do anything with them with the skid on so I took that off and low and behold, not only were the two loose (one already removed in the pics below) but there were supposed to be four of them and two were already missing!

As you can see from the pics, it's clear the thing has shifted and been moving around on me (possibly the noise I was looking for)... is there a best way to get this thing back aligned other than just try to use a pry bar and attempt to force it to line back up with the bracket where it was?

The pry bar usually does a pretty good job as long as you're careful enough to not damage whatever you're prying on. Maybe some slight lifting with a jack could help while still being careful with that.

Beyond that I don't even know what I'm looking at. Modified TJ? A newer Wrangler? A Jeep truck of some sort?

It's an LJR with the Savvy skid/tuck.
