Looks like I don't have factory light buckets for this job. I have these...not certain what they are called though,
Here's what they look like with the cover off. Reverse is on top
I had to make a little room opposite of the socket.
And trim a little of the heatsink. (Not worried about overheating, as reverse lights don't stay on very long).
Make it all fit, and back together.
I only did one side so you can see the difference. They are ridiculously different and help out tremendously for certain. My hard/soft top are both tinted and dark. These are needed for my aging eyes.
Super thank you for prepping these and sending them to forum members. They are amazingly functional, (Glad I'm not behind me while backing up, but I will be seen for certain).
I did this bit of writeup in case someone else has non-factory light buckets, to show that they will work in them also.
