Mounted up tires on a set of raceline avenger wheels, and they leak like crazy. Leaking from seams in the beadlock ring spacer, and from the bolts??? Should I remove the spacer?

Was the tire bead surface clean? What was your torque sequence?

You should follow Racelines installation instructions to the letter.

The wheels and rings were machined flat. What did you do?

You only need the spacers if the ring starts to cone as you tighten down the bolts.

The ring has to be touching to torque correctly.

Well, makes zero difference how many steps I do if its to spec at the end.

Just trying to help you save some time. It went much quicker the second time when I followed Blaine’s procedure. 🙂

Probably too much spacer to clamp the bead properly. Bad because it leaks, worse because the tire will spin on the wheel.
