Mounted up tires on a set of raceline avenger wheels, and they leak like crazy. Leaking from seams in the beadlock ring spacer, and from the bolts??? Should I remove the spacer?

Was the tire bead surface clean? What was your torque sequence?
You should follow Racelines installation instructions to the letter.

You only need the spacers if the ring starts to cone as you tighten down the bolts.
The ring has to be touching to torque correctly.
Yes, everything is clean, brand new. Stepped up torque in star pattern up to spec. I think i need to remove the spacers.
Just trying to help you save some time. It went much quicker the second time when I followed Blaine’s procedure.
But, it makes a huge difference in how long it takes to completely torque down those 32 bolts…
I didnt need the spacers in mine, I put them on as Blaine suggested and i have never had mine leak.
Probably too much spacer to clamp the bead properly. Bad because it leaks, worse because the tire will spin on the wheel.
