We are having an issue with our chimney flashing. We have water staining on our sloped ceiling and its puddling right above the master bedroom window sill, where I poked a hole to drain the water. Should be getting it fixed in the next week or two.

I ordered a whole 9 inch assembly, swapped out my locker into it, and put it back together. The parts were ordered on a Friday and were here on Monday.
Damn it dude, I didn't see this until now and I just told my boss I can come in on Sunday.

I've got no idea. I don't even know if any of these storms have hit over there. Front Range trails are definitely gonna be a mess for a while though.
Yeah they have been - my house in florissant and my dad's off 77 have both had snow and (mostly) rain for at least a week straight
I think we've almost gotten 6 inches on the golf course. We need the rain but I'd prefer if we didn't get it all at once. I need to get some wheeling in. It's been a long winter.
Yeah lol rain is good but this is miserable. I don't think we live out here because we don't care to see the sun...
You can always rip some dirt roads in rampart lol. that's all I've gotten out for this year too, kinda lame.
