I didn't have the "rebuilt from salvage" stamped on my B post the first time. The second time was because of no front turn signals. The first guy said I was fine, the second guy didn't even start. Just looked and told me "bye Felicia"

I misunderstood, I had to get a VIN inspection because I was being in a car from out of state. rebuilts always depend on the inspector
