Colorado Krew Hangout

Carnage is the only place I've seen first hand. I find it pretty amazing that even with a professional camera crew you still can't comprehend just how large the rocks and walls are vs seeing them in person.

Someday I'll add this to my list of completed trails!

i don’t have a Roku, what’s it called? Know if you can find it anywhere else?

Dirt Every Day - Season 11 Episode 11. If you google that there are some other ways to watch it Apple, Amazon etc. I believe Roku is free you just have to sign up.

Edit: I see you got it to work!

I wonder if they chose to wear helmets for personal safety or if it's required for the shows insurance or safety program.

If you watch a lot of Dirt Every Day (which you should, it is a great show cancelled too soon), you'll see it is a mix of both being safety conscious and Fred and Dave being goofballs. I miss DED, but luckily Dave and Fred have YouTube channels now.

we decided to stick around for another year or two, didn’t buy the property in MO. 5year with a ballon payment. decided to wait a little longer.

have been in the garage too busy at work. i have the new steering shock on the bench ready to go. if i get more the. one day off in a row. still trying to mid the garages walls.

anyone else actually getting anything done this winter?

I just got home from traveling for work the last few weeks and decided to change the coolant and thermostat in the Jeep last night, only to have the lower hose clamp fail as I was bleeding the air out. I was under the Jeep trying to determine where the leak was when the hose popped off and bathed me in hot coolant. About ten minutes ago I just tried bleeding the air out after refilling the system a second time with coolant, only to find the new clamp isn't holding the hose right either, so now I get to drain it a third time and inspect the hose and radiator. I replaced the upper radiator hose when I did the thermostat, but the lower hose is supposedly less than a year old, and now I'm wishing I had simply swapped it and the clamps too from the get-go.

Waiting on parts is about as far as I've gotten this winter unfortunately. Some of this snow (and now mud?) might've been fun to get out in, too. Someone's gotta have a success story

Jeep hasn't been touched since late December when I backed it out of the driveway to install wall insulation.

Been reaching out to Savvy daily to try and get my rear truss for the mid arm. Gerald wont return emails/calls. Savvy HQ in Florida wont return calls. Savvy's contact form is sitting somewhere in cyber space. Actually, think I need to be in the other thread

Mine is out of commission until the new AGM battery arrives in the mail later this week.

That is next on my to-do list. The current battery is from 2017 and does okay when I drive the Jeep daily, but after me being gone and the Jeep not being started for nearly three weeks, it only barely cranked over last night. Which AGM did you go with?

Nope 🫣🙄🤷🍻

Glad to see you're staying for a bit. It will give you time to fix that anti-rock 🤣😂

Well, some progress. I checked the lower radiator hose and radiator for signs of damage and didn't find any, so I refilled the coolant and installed a new T-bolt clamp on the hose and all seems to be fine now. I also installed some new Velcro Paracord handles, as the old ones were getting nasty. I also put some in the back for the kids to hold on to, now that my TJ has a back seat they can sit on.
