Jumpy drivetrain when in reverse

High mileage 97 TJ..
Drivetrain is “jumpy” (shudders) when I first release the clutch when backing up. Doesn’t do it when starting to go forward.
Thoughts ?

I would start with that

Anchor transmission and motor mount three pack off Rock Auto is like $25.

Figure everything rubber is probably gone. Control arm bushings. Center of the crank pulley. Vent hoses on the axles. The list goes on.

I’m 80…
Capable of fixing the TJ but lacking the technical knowledge to know what to order from Rockauto.
I’d like to replace all the bushings associated with the rear axle assembly or the “arms” if necessary.
Not sure what to order!
