STICKY Jeep Wrangler TJ Factory Service Manuals (FSM) & Technical Documentation

Anybody ever look at the transmission section for the 2002? Section 21 (p 226, maybe others?) makes reference to 4th gear, overdrive, and using a scan tool for transmission codes in the 32RH section. Too busy to skim through the other years at the moment, but this is bizarro.

This post is for TJ documentation like Factory Service Manuals Etc..
A while back I was able to find the FSM for my 2006 TJ. I decided to look at the same website I have used to download FMS to see if I can find others. I hit the jackpot so I am sharing :beer-toast1:

Please if there are any issues or they are inaccurate let me know.

Thanks @UpperMI for the additional 2002 manuals

Very helpful, thank you

This has been insanely helpful, thank you so much! Do you happen to remember the website you used to find these? I'm curious about looking stuff up for my other vehicles as well.

I can open the download for parts and the service manual on my phone but not on here. It may be my incompetence with my laptop. Im trying to dowload the 2005 stuff. Thank you for any help you can give me with this.

Are you on a Mac or on Windows? I've tried to download these on my Mac and iPad (using Adobe Acrobat) without success. All I receive is a "sad face" emoji and a lot of code. I've tried all of the workarounds I've found online, and none of the solutions work. Like you, I can open the files on my phone... I guess I'll try sending sections of the manual as a document from my phone via email or text.

I'm SO grateful for these resources! Has anyone printed these and if so, what service was used? I prefer old school highlighting and dog-eared page capabilities. :ROFLMAO:

Not technically an FSM but attached is the Mopar Jeep Engines Guide which covers a lot of detailed info about the 4.0L and 2.5L. It was released in 1999 so only covers up through then. Also attached a Mopar Accessories Data Book which covers all the official Mopar parts/accessories available in 2002.
