Intermittent high idle

Hey everyone, I’m experience some weird idling issues. At first it started with idling at 2k rpm, I replaced the IAC after cleaning didn’t help. When I pulled the IAC it looked brand new. It worked for about 10 min until I drove it. I then replaced the TPS, I drove it for about 10 min and ever time is would idle back down where it should. However, this morning (-13 degrees) it started fine idled normally, I waited until the engine was warm and drove to work. Within 2 min it was idling at 1k rpm. About 25 min into my drive it stopped and was idling fine. I have some ideas but I’m not sure

Look for a vacuum leak.

After I did a cam swap on my jeep a while ago,my gas pedal would sorta just flop,Not sure what I did but to fix it I bought a spring from ace hardware and it solved my "high idle" issue which was my jeep idling a but under 1k rpm,My TB would be cracked slightly and with me closing it it idled fine so the spring was my fix.....still works over 20k miles later
If someone could tell me what could be the problem that'd be great
