The inner lip of my drivers side window seal/wiper thingy catches the glass as I roll it down and makes it hard to roll all the way down. If I wet it, it rolls down fine.
I end up rolling it till it grabs...backing up to get it to flip back up and then rolling some more till it's all the way down. PITA when I need to get the window down in a hurry.

Anyone else had this issue? What is the solve? Looks normal like the other side that doesn't do it.

I have this happen sometimes too. I’ve taken the door panel off and checked that the seal wasn’t loose or something like that. I’ve cleaned the window and seal thoroughly, but the best thing I’ve done that lasts a while is to wax the inside of the window. It didn’t take much.

Ah - that might be worth a try! I tried some silicone spray on the rubber that doesn't leave an oil residue but it had no effect.
Remember what kind of wax you used?

Weather seals that windows run past are flock lined. It's basically little flecks of nylon that the window will glide past. When the flocking wears off, the glass grabs the rubber and drags as you have happening.

If it were my Jeep I would get a flock kit. It should contain glue to apply to the seal, and a bag of flock to apply on top of the glue. That should provide a long term solution to the issue.
