I found a Spartan Dana 30 LSD at an Amazon return store; should I pick it up?

So I was at an amazon return store over the weekend and they had 2 Spartan limited slip differentials there. I believe one was a Dana 30, the other was for a Dana 35. Each for $50.

My TJ has a factory LSD in the rear but not in the front. I always assumed you shouldn't put an LSD in your front axle for fear of it locking up all the time on dry pavement.

You guys think I should go back and scoop it up? Seems too good to be true to me.

It being at the Amazon return store wouldn't stop me for even a split second. Whether or not that's what you want in your rear end is something somebody else will have plenty of opinions on.
