Hey everyone,

New to the forum. I have been a Jeep enthusiast since I worked for DCX (now Stellantis) back in the early 2000s. I own a 1997 Lapis Blue squarokee 4.0L w/auto, on 33" with the axle moved forward and a Sky Jacker 3" suspension with Smittybuilt bumpers. My 2006 TJ Unlimited is a Rubicon 4.0L with 6spd, and it is BONE stock. We go to Moab EJS every year and this was my first year bringing the TJ. It did not suck! LOL, it was a great trip and it I followed my brother's J8 on 40's everywhere he went. And finally I own a 2022 JL Rubicon 4xe. My wife mainly drives this. It is fun, but it is a parking lot and dirt road queen. Nothing offroad...yet!

I own an insurance agency here in Michigan. I am a broker, which means I have several companies that can write (not a one trick pony). If you need insurance or want to shop your rates in MI, hit me up. I started on this venture in 2020 at Covid peak. I was laid off and decided to start my own business where the hustle is entirely up to me. As you perform, so shall you prosper. Things have been great. It has been and continues to be a lot of work, but God is good and my business is growing.

I have been married for 27 years to my college bride. We have 2 grown kids (Daughter 24 and Son 20). Both are hard workers and launching their own lives as I write this. I am very proud of both of them. We also have a dog, german shorthair and golden retriever. She is an absolute handful. But she likes to bird hunt with me and LOVES Jeep rides. My wife is always taking her out in the Jeep. I do a lot of out doors things: Scuba diving, hunt out west, Jeeping here in MI, CO and UT, and trap shoot. There are other things for sure, but that is what I spend most of my time pursuing.

Thanks for having me and looking forward to meeting new people in this community.

Jeff

Welcome, damn that's a ugly mug, umm Jeep, umm, sounds like you landed on your feet with the China Crud. If y'all ever make it it as far south as South East Arizona, give me a shout, I'll be happy to show y'all around. You found one of the best forums on the intertubes!!!

Thanks guys. I am changing up the tops on my LJ. I will post some pics soon. Anyone know someone selling a broken TJ hard top? I have a plan but I need to cut one up. I hate to do it to a "good, functioning" top. So I am waiting on a broken one. I want to make a hard bikini top. My buddy did it to his and it is awesome. I want it removable that is why I want the front TJ windshield clamp on it. Otherwise I could just use a YJ and cut it up, lots of those available.
