Yes, call Bestop. I had a TrekTop for a bit. During installation, I ripped the stitching out on one of the little tabs in the rear corner. I called them, told them that I thought it was my fault and they still sent me a new window and told me to keep the old one.
You need the header, the arm is fine. Take the phillips screw out, detach the arm, and you can epoxy the post back in the header. Put the arm back on after the epoxy hardens and it will work for a little but, but it won't last forever.
