Help identifying this wheel arch storage box

I will make a fiberglass one off when I can. I have much more pressing matters at the moment.

My house on the beach had 5 feet of sand over every inch of the yard and still looks like the desert. I did get the pool dug out but no water in it yet. Time, just need more of it.

I get it. I had a layer of sand on my bay front home after the waters from Hurricane Sandy receded. Filled my koi pond with sand and salt water, floated most of my 2500 square feet of wood decking. Destroyed 90% of my landscaping, my central air.. you name it. Only things that didn't get destroyed were our three jeeps.. took all of them to higher ground. Truth be told, we got off easy.

This was about 10 days ago. Pool was less than 30 days old.
