Help identifying connector under dash

While replacing the key cylinder and figuring out why my fog lights don't work (surprise! it's the multi-switch!) I found an old alarm harness that I decided to remove. After repairing the spliced wires, I found a factory connector that is not plugged in and I am not sure where it goes.

Does anyone know where this is supposed to plug in? It comes directly off the main harness on the left side below the steering column. Thanks!

OK, looking at the service manual, it looks like it may be the "Sentry Key Immobilizer Module" Is that important, and where should it plug in? I just have basic steel keys (no plastic to cover any chips), so was that an option in 2002 that I don't have?

I don't have a SKIM Module so that connector gets taped up out of the way!
