Help finding part and identifying missing piece

I’m redoing my head unit and putting in a new sound bar. However as I was getting the wiring laid out. I notice he didn’t use the original wiring from the radio. I’m not positive but the RL+ RL- RR+ and RR- all lead to this missing plug. So 3 things.
1: Am I right and if so can someone comment a link of where I can get a replacement.
2: if I’m wrong where are those wire located in the OEM harness so I can keep my new speaker wires connected to it and what is that missing plug lol.
3: The OEM wires suck so ditch the whole set up and wire new wires from the new radio harness

Okay got it. I just updated my profile to the best of my abilities. But to say right now it’s a 2000 Jeep tj 2.5L

Have you looked through section 8W of the factory service manual for your year, found in the resource section of this site?
