2000 TJ WITH factory foglights. I'm trying to source harnesses for hardtop conversion. I have ZERO electrical knowledge/experience so this may be a stupid question, but I'm just trying to get the right parts for the person doing this for me. Is he saying (see pic from thread) the foglights need to be part of the DASH harness or the REAR TUB harness? Because I'm getting conflicting answers from the people selling parts. One is telling me the fog lights need to be on the dash harness the other is telling me it needs to be on the rear tub. https://wranglertjforum.com/threads...or-a-hardtop-part-1-97-02-dash-harness.15350/

You have fog lights as part of your dash harness. I think what he’s saying is you need to remove the hvac bezel and see if you have the pigtails there for the rear defroster and windshield wiper.
