hard top side glass installation

I have a chance to purchase a tj hardtop pretty cheap but the side glass is broken. I see parts are available on line (glass and gasket).
How difficult is it to install the glass? instructions anywhere?

I've heard they are really hard to change but never tried and hope I never have to.
