Hard Top Rear Window Fitment

Not sure why the rear glass is sitting out from the hard top at the top area. Any ideas? Bent hinges maybe? It's leaking from there as you can imagine. Any help would be appreciated. I've including pics of my 05 that looks correct and the 03 I'm having issues with.

Need wider pictures to see. I'm especially interested in the corner of the tub and the alignment of the top to the tub.

Also interested to see if your tailgate is aligned and not twisted.
