Grill cushion pad?

Hello, I just noticed that Im missing one of those grill to frame pads... Do anybody know if I can replace them with anything else? Or they are like really important that I need to replace them with the same material? I live in México so finding these kind of stuff is not always easy... (I have the rough country 1.25 in body lift)

Both should be the same material. Find a pair of factory Mopar radiator core supports and replace both. I did that on mine a few years ago.
