Just joined here and some of you may know me from WranglerForum or JeepForum, for those of you who don't know me though well, now you do! Looking forward to seeing this site grow, if any of you ever have any questions don't hesitate to ask!
I love that it uses XenForo as opposed to the dated VBulletin, no offense to any forum that still uses it but it's just really beginning to show its age.

Haha... Great minds think alike! That's why I made it, because XenForo is such a better platform than vBulletin. The site is incredibly mobile friendly and much easier to use.
I used to run a vBulletin forum and it was good back in the day, but it's outdated now and no longer top of it's game for forum software.
Agreed. What shocks me is that most of these forums out there don't want to upgrade to the latest version of vBulletin (and rightfully so, because it's crap) so they're still using vBulletin 3 legacy versions. It just looks outdated and performs that way too.
I understand somewhat. I mean to migrate a huge forum to XenForo (or similar) would be a huge task by all means.
We recently did just that on another forum that I frequent and it was quite a process from what I understand, especially because it was just one guy doing all the work. This forum had been around since 96 so it had a TON of content to transfer, but the switch to XenForo was one that I'm sure was worth the effort.
Yep, another forum I frequent for motorcycles made the switch from vBulletin to XenForo and it was quite the process.
Worth it in every way for sure. vBulletin was dead the moment that they got bought out by that larger parent corporation. As I understand it though the guys who originally started vBulletin went on to build XenForo.
