I’m doing a frame swap and would like to freshen up the frame clips holding my brake lines. Does anyone have a good solution to replace these?

Im in the same situation. Thinking maybe a rubber insulated clamp screwed into the hole or even just a plastic cable clamp?

I recall someone 3D printing replacements for these. Maybe try searching for it, or someone else might have the info.

I did try searching and all I could find is the multiline clamps that hold fuel, brake, etc. I actually have plenty of those in good shape that I am reusing.

Bad news unfortunately. I received the the Chrysler 4814094 clips today and they are to small for the existing holes in the frame.

Adel clamps with a screw seem to be a good solution, but they are not "OEM equivalent..." I used them recently when installing the Savvy mid-arm kit in my LJ.

We have the appropriate fine thread self tappers for thicker metal if you ever find yourself in need. Coarse thread standard versions suck donkey balls since the distance between tight enough and just snapped it off is slightly less than the thickness of one hair on said ball sack.

I ran into that problem when I put the sheeting on my shop. Running the coarse thread self-tappers into the 14-gauge girts and purlins went swimmingly, but then I ran one into a 3/16" or 1/4" weld plate at the end of a girt, and "snap!" I was able to screw it out with a vice-grip, and I think I then pre-drilled those slightly oversize to avoid the snapping. I had no idea that switching to a fine-thread screw would work, but it makes sense. For the Adel clamps I installed on the LJ, I drilled and tapped the frame for 1/4-28 screws.

I'm aware you can pre-drill but that negates the reason to own and use good self drilling screws.
These are what is needed for attaching clamps and what not to the frame. I bought a box if anyone is in need. There are a lot of them out there so care in selection needs to be exercised. A large quantity of what you might find have a very short thread that almost works with clamps but not quite. The drilling part is about the same on all of them.

Appreciate all of the replies guys. I had some 1/4" Rivnuts on hand so I went ahead and installed them. I'll use adel clamps to hold the tubing.
