Planning on doing a full fluid flush. 4.0 2005 LJ MT

Clutch - ATF+4 (2qts?)
Steering - ATF+4
Trans case - ATF+4

Trans itself - Redline MTL (1.58q)

Diff - GL-5 ?

1- How many quarts of ATF+4 do I need total?
2- How many quarts of GL-5 for the diff? just one? Can't imagine that much fits in there
3- Aside from Oil, Brakes, & Coolant which are done, am I missing any fluids?
4- How much time (and beer) should I set aside to get this done with decent weather & a Haynes manual?

Haynes gets a bad rep around here if i am not mistaken. We have a section here where you can download factory manual.

Trans and tc are filled till you see oil coming out, and that happens when you put right amount in it (i don't remember numbers). TC takes ATF or 5w30.
1.3 Q for front dif and 2 Q for rear. At stock angles it is also roughly till it starts to come out.

edit: brows the forums, we have answers to everything here from A to Z
