Hi everyone,

My wife and I decided to add a Jeep to our garage about a week ago, and figured I would join here to get some insights from you all and be a part of the community.

We now own a 2005 Rocky Mountain Edition. It has a 4.0L and the 6 speed manual. Only 45k on the odometer too. Has a couple little quirks and makes some noises I’m not familiar with, but I’m hoping you all can help when the time comes!

So far, I’ve just given it an oil change (10w30 conventional is good?) and spent some time figuring out the soft top..

Thanks!

Welcome…. Nice TJ.

Step 1 - Oil Change. Check.

Step 2 - Tonz and Fodeez.

🙂

Welcome to the forum. Stick around. Great folks, great knowledge, and great advice here.

Welcome aboard.

As for those unfamiliar noises - you'll get used to them after a while. Mine has 100 different rattles, squeaks, etc but I definitely notice if one day there's 101.
