Everything Wrong With Modern Vehicles (Share Your Frustrations Here)

I reiterate - for those who still don't get it - that this has nothing to do with incompetence; it is part of a larger plan. It is about control and breaking down our will to control our own lives and our own destiny, and participate in a free market economy where we can determine what we want to own and how we want to live.

Remember though, all through COVID they called us "conspiracy theorists"

It's not just electronics.

Uncle Tony's Garage is a good YouTube channel if you are not pissed off enough about the current state of things. He has a lot of good mechanic advice and such, but he also rants about the crappy state of things. Here, he talks about GM designing an door interior door assembly that does not allow for replacing a simple inside handle. If your inside handle breaks, you have to purchase the entire door assembly at nearly $400.

And here, on another channel, is washer, a single, flat, thin washer of maybe 3 or 4 inches in diameter, that Cummins sells for $459. Again, they are not just trying to rip us off; they are working in "lock-step" to wear us down.

While I am certainly a fellow "sharer of news 6 months in advance" as Chris puts it  I think so much of this has more to do with lack of actual engineering and thought into security, and all about profits and rushing "features" they can cram down our throats as quickly to market as possible. Sure let's sell you an app you can put on your phone to view the car's cameras, or be able to unlock it and remote start it. That can't possibly have any issues especially if the security software on it is from some third party vendor in China.

I've seen those videos, another crazy thing is parts going obsolete for vehicles that are fairly new. My friend who worked as a dealership service advisor always told me how crazy it was that for cars just out of warranty or even still within warranty they had parts on backorder with no fulfillment date in sight, or a date that kept being pushed out every 3 months.

That damned turn signal thing, that's when I hot-wire the turn signal lights to a three position switch, mount that SOB on the column and just make it work.

This, as you all know, is EXACTLY what I have been saying for a long time now. I respectfully disagree, @jeepguy03. I do NOT believe for a minute, not for a New York second, that this is all do to a "lack of actual engineering and thought into security," or that it is "all about profits and rushing "features" they can cram down our throats as quickly to market as possible."

As my step-father used to say, "Nobody's that stupid."

They told us back in 2021, "YOU WILL OWN NOTHING AND BE HAPPY." They meant it. No American (save some brainwashed leftist retards) is going to just turn in their keys and say, "I don't need 'em. Gimme a ride, Daddy Gov't." They have to push us to the point that we get so fed up with dealing with the crap that we just give up.

It is called "ATTRITION WARFARE." And they have declared war on us! (That'll get me on somebody's naughty list.)

I got two saddles. I had to sell my previous mule, but I am in the market for another one! I'm ready to mount up. The bastards can try to hunt me down in the mountains.
