I remember everyone's house growing up had a couple of wooden ducks!!

I have two. The ducks just paddle to the center of the pool and ignore the dogs.

That looks like a taxic waste holding pond, not a swimming pool!
He's in Florida, they call them gator ponds not swimming pools !
My dog loves loves chasing geese and ducks lol. Doesn't know what to do when he catches them though
And a 12 gauge! I have a great recipe for smoked duck.
1) Wrap the breast in bacon
2) Smoke at 225 for around 4 hours
3) Remove from smoker
4) Give the duck breast to the dog, and eat the bacon.

If I’m taking out ducks, they’re going into a gumbo with some andouille. Been a few Mardi Gras parties since I made duck gumbo. It was almost as big a hit as the alligator sausage.
I feel left out. I live on a lake but have never had ducks in my pool.
I did have this visitor.
Scooped him out with a net and released him onto the dock. Momma was surely near by.

Reminds me of back home on the Gulf Coast. Someone had 2 gators in the pool, a small one like that and a larger one. They called them "wallet" and "suitcase".
This thread reminded me of a WJ UTE conversion Jeep I saw for sale.
