Metra makes a double din center stack, I have one. Fits great. Crutchfield usually stocks them.

My thoughts exactly. I have a Sony Double DIN in one of my TJ's and the vents and everything else stay in tact. The radio in the OP shows it's for a JK, so likely won't work in a TJ anyway.

He found the radio, but I would gamble a guess that the bezel is a custom farication job extending an existing bezel with fiberglass

I see shadows in the screen reflection so Im guessing its a real piece. Another member here has the bigger 10” BOSS radio that I have and it is close to that size, but retains the vents still
