Im going to 4.10 from 3.07 in my 99 tj. Im looking for a 3.73 and up carrier. Are low pinion and high pinion carriers the same on the Dana 30?

Yes. The carrier doesn't care if it's LP or HP. You could also possibly use what are called thick gears and reuse your current carrier.
