Clacking sound from transmission / transfer case

Hello to all. 2003 TJ Rubicon 4.0 Auto 90000 miles. Clacking sound coming from tranny/transfer case area when in drive. Get to any speed put in neutral noise stops.Does it when T case is engaged and seems to change sound a bit. Drives and shifts normally. Between 15-20 mile after startup ,check engine light comes on then feels like its in 2nd and won't upshift. DTC P0841 and P0846. Ive read what the codes are. Doesn't matter how I drive it It'll go no more than 15-20 miles before that light comes on. Clear the codes drives ok but the noise is still there. Full fluid change...YES with recommended fluid. This morning when I got to work and did the 2x daily routine of clearing the codes, its now showing P0420 along with the other 2. Any body want to buy a JEEP?

My jeep is making a clicking/clacking sound in drive as well. When I push the clutch all the way down. No more clicking. When I’m neutral. No clicking. When in reverse. No clicking. I have no idea what is. The faster I go. The faster the clicking. I haven’t gone over 10mph. 1999 SE 2.5 Manual
